We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Respond to communications and requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, materials, or data you provide to us
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Aptivora Global Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. This includes but is not limited to source code, design files, documentation, and proprietary frameworks.

Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables specifically created for your project will transfer to you, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use anonymized versions of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or components that are subject to their own licensing terms. We will inform you of any such components and their respective licenses.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or as otherwise specified
• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts
• A deposit may be required before project commencement
• Late payments may incur additional charges and/or project suspension
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in individual contracts

6. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope defined in the project proposal. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Changes in project scope or requirements
• Delays in receiving required information or feedback from the client
• Technical challenges or unforeseen circumstances

Any modifications to the project scope may result in adjusted timelines and costs.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the business relationship.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets the agreed-upon specifications. We provide a warranty period (as specified in individual contracts) during which we will address any bugs or issues related to the delivered work at no additional cost.

DISCLAIMER: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptivora Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Mutual written agreement
• Material breach of these Terms by the other party
• Non-payment after reasonable notice

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Ownership of any completed deliverables will be transferred only after full payment.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aptivora Global Solutions, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content or materials you provide to us

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
